European Business Center (EBC) in Dubai Investments Park

Dubai Investments Park (DIP) has entered into an agreement with Kleindienst & Partner to open European Business Center costing Dh. 150 million.
This project will incorporate 150 new companies and create more than 1,500 new jobs at Dubai Investments Park by assisting European and Middle Eastern companies set up operations through sponsorship and business setup support. This project would be completed by November 2007 and would facilitate turn-key offices in flexible sizes in addition to retail facilities, conference rooms, basement parking and green building facilities.
General Manager, Dubai Investments Park, Omar Al Mesmar said, “We are very pleased with the diversity and caliber of companies that are basing their businesses in DIP, which indicates that our high-quality support services, infrastructure and facilities are appealing to the diverse requirements of our tenants. We are confident that EBC will fortify trade and business links between European and Middle Eastern companies, and become a starting base for many of Dubai’s headlining companies in the near future.”
This new center is being constructed in the Commercial Zone of DIP. Dubai Investments Park has already had Dh. 21 billion in investments with more than Dh. 30 billion further to be invested by the end of this year.
